Manager - Talent Acquisition (BPO/BFSI/Insurance/Telecom/Logistics)

- Determine the current and future staffing needs across businesses and ensure positions get closed with a minimum possible TAT

- Executive to leadership hiring

 - Mass hiring

 - Work with and assist internal recruiters and external recruitment consultancies

 - Develop a recruitment strategy including recruitment campaigns

- Drive recruitment through various channels Web/portals/Social Media/ Referral

- Focus on resourcing strategies

- Identify and develop talent pools in the market

- Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Company as an Employer of Choice in the market

- Develop campus recruitment campaigns apart from the ones for lateral hires

- Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition processes on internal ATS

- Develop relationships with third-party staffing agencies

 - Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities and reduce overall hiring costs

- Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates across all levels

- Assist in employee retention and development for achieving low attrition within the organization

 - Team managing

- Manpower planning and budgeting

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Graduate & MBA with Minimum 7 Plus Years of experience in Talent Acquisition & has to be from BPO/BFSI/ Telecom/ Logistics/ Insurance Industry.

2. Exposure in developing partnership with team seniors and key stakeholders in an effort to drive a client-oriented culture and delivery model

3. Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics

4. Ability to work in challenging business/market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines.

5. Excellent people skills with a natural ability to connect with employees at all levels

6. Confident in grievance handling with a structured approach problem solving

7. Getting things done attitude

8. Excellent interpersonal skills

9. Great motivator
