Talent Acquisition Manager - BPO - Delhi/NCR

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the end to end hiring & selection process along with effective deployment of talent and resources within BPO operations. As a pivotal role within our startup, it will be instrumental in ensuring optimal & timely resource allocation & effective utilization of the resource to drive efficiency, Quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard talent across experience levels with the desired skill set.

- Develop a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy including reference check, selection, Background verification, & onboarding.

- Should have a strong hold on budgeting and its compliance including the ability to evaluate the efficiency of various recruitment channels.

- Create a strong Employer Brand to attract the right talent.

- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies that align with operational objectives and client requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.

- Good Understanding of technology in a BPO environment will be required.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and skill sets needed for successful execution.

- Collaborate with Business HR, Training, Quality & Operations to streamline resource management processes and effective teamwork.

Qualifications/Requirement:

- Should be open to travel across sites.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

- Relevant experience of 8-10 years in front line recruitment both directly & thru partner.

- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.

- Proficiency in HR/Recruitment software and tools for resource planning and management.

- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced startup environment.
