Manager - Talent Acquisition - Big4

We are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition for a Big 4 .

Reporting into - Director HR

Team size - 8 - 9 REs

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Will be responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle for complete Non - Technical hiring for the advisory business

- Will be responsible for managing a team of 8 - 9 team members

- Will be responsible for vendor management (end to end ).

- Will be responsible to complete stake holder management (both internal and external)

What we are looking for :

- Should be very strong on people management

- Should have handled the team min 5 members (atleast 3 - 4 years)

- Should be very strong on database management

- Should be from Technical recruitment background

- Strong presentation skills

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream / MBA in HR preferable

Experience : 8 - 12 relevant years
