- Must have done hiring for technology(700-1000 annually)
- Must have managed team size of 4 to 5 seasoned professional
- Will be maintaining applicant tracking system
- Identify new potential markets for sourcing of candidates
- Managing recruitment hiring process, which includes:
- Create job descriptions
- Source candidates for technology
- Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
- Create job postings
- Prescreen candidates for all levels.
- Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
- Resolve open issues - employee referrals
- Must have done stakeholding
- Must have excellent communications skills
Location: Hyderabad
