Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager for Corporate (expert in niche hiring)
What You'll Do :
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit mid to senior and niche candidates. (i.e. competitive research, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)
- Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience, supporting candidate assessment, evaluating candidate skills and business needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
- Manage recruiting initiatives and projects to meet established goals and improve the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
- Implement University Relation plans & solutions for Top Tier Technology institutes across India and deliver results, achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
- Influence hiring managers through strategic reports on key metrics and market insights, to drive decisions and process improvements
What You'll Need :
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment in mid to senior level hiring across Corporate/ Support functions
- Successful track record in sourcing active and passive candidates (including hands-on, experience in leveraging social media - LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting tools, etc.)
- Deep knowledge about competitors, target companies, talent pool mapping and a strong network /relationships across the industry that can be leveraged for hiring.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, identify and communicate hiring trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment with razor-sharp focus on meeting and exceeding hiring goals, and operating with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Team-player, biased towards action and consistently drive innovation and improvements in the overall hiring process.
- Highly organized, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate and influence across multiple geographies and cultures
