JOB DESCRIPTION:
A HR profile with special focus on Leadership Hiring, Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure alignment with business by engaging proactively with business leaders and their respective team members.
- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines
- Responsible for building sourcing capability within the team with particular focus on direct sourcing and social media recruiting.
- Responsible for managing campus hiring initiatives for the group.
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Masters degree/PG Dip loma in Human Resources.
- Total Exp of 8 - 13 years.
- Understand global environment & global processes.
- Able to handle things professionally. Stability & Maturity.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Team Handling Skills / People management of high end resource.
- Good Exposure in Leadership Hiring
Ability to take Decisions under crises and workout a solution
