- Process Compliance in all audit

- Accurate data tracking and recording on operational, people, process, audit, PMI, Appraisals etc

- Manage attrition and timely hiring. Conduct monthly feedback sessions and half-year review / annual appraisals

- Process SLA & Org Objectives

- Production, Quality, Turn around time, CPH, CSAT

- Audit score = 100% compliant

- Invoicing completeness = 100%

Customers / Stakeholders :

- Responsible for customer escalations and escalation management / resolution

- Good coordination and collaboration with business partners

Leadership & Teamwork :

- Drive team towards exceeding their objectives and benchmarks

Operational Effectiveness & Control :

- Ensure that complete and accurate Recruitment data are made available for analysis of initiatives and improvements.

- Ensure that all activities are in accordance with Compliance standards.

- Monitor process health and controls in place and bring sustainability / repeatability

- Drive continuous improvement with year on year incremental results

- Retain the talented and skilled employees bringing value to the business

- Periodic reporting on all metrics of operations and analysis targeted for better operations

- By monitoring continuous development and production of reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating recruitment activity and quality, through the Front-End MI unit, in a timely, complete and accurate manner.

- Assists in the implementation of the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Global Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators; Maintains internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators;

- To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with their role, and to ensure that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk

Major Challenges :

- Need to drive team to operate in a tight time lined, high volume environment with superior Quality and customer satisfactions

- Lean staffed process with seasonal peaks, demanding much higher commitment and flexibility for self and drive team to deliver demanding results

- Constantly upgrade team skills to be on par. Process to be self-sufficient independent of specific resources

- Market competitors and other industry initiatives will be a major challenge in this task as it will greatly affect applicant yield and therefore determine feasibility of achieving hiring targets.

Role Context :

- The Recruitment Department is a Human Resources unit which ensures that hiring targets to meet business needs are met, if not exceeded at all times.

- Human Resources envisions itself to be a center of excellence, being recognized for outstanding service excellence in everything and have a sense of pride and passion that translates to value added business support to both internal and external customers.

- The Recruitment Unit is composed of Back-End, Executive Recruitment, Agency, Brand, and Direct Recruitment. All areas work together towards the same goal of yielding the deliverables set by the internal and external customers and within standards.

Management of Risk :

- To implement the Group Compliance Policy as applicable to your role in conjunction with the relevant Compliance Department. The term - compliance- embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply within Philippines and in relation to the countries migrating work to the assigned GSC.

- To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with their role, and to ensure that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk

- Ensure the Business continuity, failure mode plans are robust liaising with Governance groups

- Adhere to guidelines of Risk & Control audit recommendations

- SOP, FIM, are managed well

Observation of Internal Controls (Compliance Policy / FIM requirements)

- Maintains internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

- Adherence to Recruitment FIM & DIM

- To implement the Group Compliance Policy as applicable to your role in conjunction with the relevant Compliance Department. The term - compliance- embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to comply within Philippines and in relation to the countries migrating work to the assigned GSC.

- To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with their role, and to ensure that all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk

Role Dimensions (e.g. balance sheet size, lending/expenditure limits, size/volume of transactions, budget. in USD- 000) :

- Manages the Volume Recruitment team for GSC Chennai, primarily comprising of GCB 7 & 8 hiring

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role - not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.) :

- Graduate in any discipline

- Experience and ability to handle large volumes across the recruitment lifecycle

- Experience in all elements of recruitment namely - sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer, checks and onboarding

- Possess relevant experience of successfully managing and developing a recruitment team

- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse audiences

- Must have a thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques

- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under pressure

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals with strong organisation and planning skills along with the ability to handle Capacities and MI reporting.

- Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and continuously give feedback by stringent follow up on service level agreements.

- Evidence of strong analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information. Evidence of strong operational decision making and be able to provide analytical support to the teams.

- Evidence of process management skills with an ability to initiate process improvements

- Initiate cost control measures by achieving resource efficiency and managing overheads
