Looking for Manager - Talent Acquisition with a leading group.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment process in its entirety.
- Designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team and monitoring the recruiting team's performance.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
- Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
Requirements:
- MBA with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
