Duties and Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing the strategic manpower budget/ plan of the organization in line with the organizations business goals.
- Responsible for the end to end hiring requirement for the rural and affordable housing vertical of the business . Hiring across level and across functions like sales, marketing, HR, Finance
Vendor Management : Co- ordinate and work along with external search partners/ vendors for specific hiring requirements.
- Work on mandates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, short listing, negotiations and complete on boarding formalities .
- Coordinate with business HR Partners and line managers till the positions is closed .
- Extensive travelling across geographies to learn, identify and implement new requirement strategies.
