Manager Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities :
Position Summary:
- As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in developing Talent Acquisition strategies aligning with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategic workforce planning and ensure seamless execution of requirement lifecycle, Recruitment programs and initiatives.
- This role requires strategic thinking, workflow management, and proven stakeholder management experience, which leads to engage high potential talent and ultimately contributes to enable seamless business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, to ensure high performance to successfully manage recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to with continuous process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Take a lead of Management and above level hiring.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to share insights with key stakeholders and to make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.
Technical Skills:
- Developing talent acquisition strategy and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies. Strong grip on social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making.
