Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
Recruitment Specialist with experience in the Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
- Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, after identification / analyzing the role requirements.
Key Accountabilities: (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Candidate experience management
- Recruitment BAU processes - sourcing, screening, organizing interviews, capturing feedback, MIS & reporting, selection
- Maintaining targets on source of hire and cost per hire
- Working relations include interactions with:
a) Senior Management Team members - to discuss on various open positions
b) Vendors - overall recruitment vendor management
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: (Framework required by the position)
- MBA in Human Resources (good institutes - tier 2)
- 4 to 5 years of HR experience (Recruitment or others - should have worked on e-sourcing)
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Excellent oral & written communication
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of HR concepts specifically in recruitment
- Attention to detail
- Networking and stakeholder management skills
