Job Summary:
Lead talent acquisition efforts, implementing strategies for headhunting, competitor mapping, and employer branding to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute talent acquisition plans, including direct headhunting and analyzing competitor talent pools.
- Oversee recruitment lifecycle, emphasizing efficient sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to clearly define roles and expectations, utilizing insights from competitor mapping for effective positioning.
- Enhance recruitment processes and employer branding, employing innovative sourcing and competitive intelligence tactics.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven talent acquisition experience with expertise in headhunting and competitor analysis.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in ATS, social media, and professional networks for recruitment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and trends to improve recruitment outcomes.
