Position: Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)- South
Location: Chennai
The Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for entire gamut of TA for the State.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible to enhance and improvise the Talent Acquisition (TA) processes using technology and automation processes in order to attract and select the best-in-class talent.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and ensure E-Channel Optimization, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
- Optimize hiring cost and develop/use sophisticated Applicant tracking systems, other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding and responsible to deliver comprehensive reports to the HR Head along with insights.
- Manage and optimize leads received from Career site and use it effectively to hire incumbents who have applied to the organization.
- Contribute effectively to the Organizations, Talent Acquisition, Referral and Internal Job watch policies.
Qualification and Experience:
- Full time MBA /PGDBM HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes.
- Around a total of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in HR with a minimum of 5 years exposure to NBFC/BFSI Industry will be an added advantage.
Attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools.
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
- Experience in Project management of Recruitment tools, Competency frameworks, Applicant tracking systems and SAP / Any other Recruitment platform preferred.
- Experience/ Exposure to HR Analytics preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of Talent Attraction, Competency based Assessments and Selection at all levels.
