- Partnering with Business to understand the hiring needs and develop recruitment plan to close the positions within defined SLAs

- Strong experience in Market Talent Mapping and building a pipeline across levels

Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication & inter personal skills

- Stakeholders management

- Well versed with different sources of TA including social media

- TA analytics, Projects, Dashboards, MIS & Reporting

- PG in HR 7 to 10 years exp are eligible to apply
