Reporting into the Head Talent Acquisition, the role entails the below :
- Manage end to end recruitment for the Commercial Business Unit
- Use all channels of sourcing for need fulfillment, and leverage the ATS for a more efficient TA process
- Work closely with business leaders and HR team to implement and improve staffing systems
- Manage the entire lateral commercial hiring
The successful candidate has the below:
- 8-10 years of total experience in HR with a Masters in HR from a reputed B school
- You have experience in Bulk, Commercial Field Force hiring and hence candidates from Pharma, Retail Banking, Insurance and NBFC's may apply
