- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring process.
- Develop, prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
- Source and attract candidates from multiple sources including databases, job portals, social networking sites, referrals, cold calling, mass mailing and self-data banks.
- Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates.
