Designation: Manager Talent Acquisition

Grade: Senior Manager

Location- Mumbai

Language Known: Gujarati is compulsory

Gender: Male Only

Salary: As per Banking norms

Job Role:

- Extensive experience into end to end recruitment and talent acquisition cycle

- Client management and stakeholder management

- Well versed with diverse recruitment strategies and mentoring/guiding the team as and when required.

- Source and recruit candidates by using different tools.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for Senior, Middle and Junior level positions

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Management team

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

- Act as the key point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Candidate will be responsible for handling pan India Recruitment
