Exp Required: Minimum 3 year exp in TA BFSI Sector.

Banking sales hiring - ensure 100% manpower in all branches at all times

- Maintain optimal source mix, with specific focus on self-sourcing

- Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder management

- Ensure high-impact TA projects driven by H.O. (e.g. Hirecraft implementation) and the zone are driven successfully.

- Manage and improve quality of profiles versus cost of profiles
