Job Objective :

Role Incumbent Is responsible for end 10 end cycle recruitment starting from Identifying, assessing, influencing and sensing the likelihood or the best fit candidate Joining the Job position and ensuring that the Job position Is filled In lime and at lowest cost

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies commensurate to business's hiring needs .

- Analyzing the job requirements and development of job description for the required position.

- Design and Implementation or recruitment strategy to fill a position within target time and with fewer candidates

- Identifying and organising relevant assessment methods (tests, problem solving exercises, preliminary interviews etc,) for candidate assessment and culture fitment.

- Communicating effective with the candidates to influence and generate their interest In for the position and the company

- Organizing logistics and coordination for timely conduct or assessment or candidates by selection panel and other stakeholder.

- Communicating with the selected candidates to understand their expectations and negotiating and finalization of offer of employment with help of leadership team.

- Relating with the candidate to influence to join the company and sensing the likelihood or candidate joining.

- Coordinating with the candidates for pre-Joining activities to ensure that the candidates Join the company as planned.

- Maintaining required data and trace ability for tracking progress of fulfillment of the position(s) being recruited.

- Maintaining recruitment performance metrics and recruitment performance status reporting .

Job Requirement :

- 3-5 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role preferably In Banking/ N8FC domain

- In-depth knowledge of lull-cycle recruiting techniques

- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)

- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and Job boards

- Experience with ATS. Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
