Our client is a leading automotive organization with instant brand recall and global footprint. They have state- of-art manufacturing setup in India along with Engineering and Off Shore Development Centre. With the current expansion plans in pipeline for India Operations, they are looking for ambitious and Self-driven Talent Acquisition professionals to join them at Bangalore.
He / she will be responsible for :
- Planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization.
- Collaborating with Business Heads to understand requirements and providing consultation on the available talent.
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, develop talent pool.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
Requirements :
- Master's Degree, with specialization in Human Resources, from a Premier Institute Tier - I (TISS / XLRI / SIBM /SCMHRD) ONLY
- At least 3 years of experience in HRBP role working with leading MNC.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and training skills
