Talent Acquisition Manager- Automotive


Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan for the Automotive sector, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives and growth plans.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality talent acquisition practices and deliverables.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies for filling positions within the Automotive domain.

- Sourcing and Selection: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and talent databases, to attract and engage qualified candidates with Automotive domain experience. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify top talent.

- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the Automotive sector by developing and implementing targeted employer branding initiatives, leveraging digital channels, industry events, and partnerships.

- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize talent acquisition efforts and ensure a diverse candidate pool.

- Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the Automotive domain, leveraging talent mapping, networking, and proactive sourcing strategies.

- Recruitment Metrics: Develop and analyze talent acquisition metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance talent acquisition processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices within the Automotive domain, ensuring that the talent acquisition function remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in human resources / Business Administration, or a related field along with 15+ years Exp - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, specifically within the Automotive domain.

- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices within the Automotive industry.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team of recruiters. - In-depth understanding of the Automotive sector, including industry trends, challenges, and talent market dynamics.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates with Automotive domain expertise. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, recruitment fairs, and meet with stakeholders.
