- Should have worked in top 50 global MNCs in either IS / IT or manufacturing
- Should be a currently as Manager / Senior manager recruitment
- Should have handled high volumes of recruitment (minimum 100 per month)
- Should have worked to interact with demanding Global Leaders
-Outstanding Communicating, Influencing Skills
- Minimum 10 - 12 years work experience within the relevant domain
- Should handle technical Hiring and Senior Mandate Hiring in the Company
