Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry trends.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast future hiring requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with recruitment goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
Recruitment Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging industry networks, social media, and job boards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and integration of new hires.
Data and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance and market trends to senior leadership.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent by promoting our unique culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise the company's profile as an employer of choice.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Well Versed, with Corporate hiring and Plant hiring, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its talent landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
