We are looking for TA people who have working backgrounds or are working in Recruitment / Executive Search / Consulting / head hunting and should have experience in handling majorly Manufacturing vertical. It is a Individual Contributor role.

- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources
- Support in effective selection, development and implementation of automation to enhance the recruitment process and analytics
- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing sphere and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Promote Campus Equity at top Technology and Business schools across India to ensure engagement, identification and attraction of best talent at an early stage
- Build and maintain the TML brand on the campus through various campus engagement activities and social media interventions.
- Monitor and constantly ensure reduction in the costs and the turn-around-time of the recruitment process
- Set and implement the social media communication and sourcing strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conduct job interviews for the Senior job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Work closely with the business leaders and HR heads to drive strong talent pipelining
