Manager - Talent Acquisition


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for leadership roles, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of top-tier executive candidates through various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and establish recruitment timelines.

- Manage the entire candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of the company's employer brand.

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of executive candidates, including competency-based interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment, talent assessment, and employer branding.

- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive search firms and external vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and leveraging their expertise when required.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the company's talent acquisition strategy.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, thought leadership articles, and participation in industry forums and conferences.

- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree would be a plus.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on leadership hiring.

- Demonstrated experience in executive search, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior leaders in key positions.

- Strong knowledge of leadership competencies, assessment methodologies, and talent acquisition trends in the market.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
