Position: Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual contributor)

Company: Auto components manufacturer

Job Location- Bangalore (6 days working)

(The Greenfield Project will be in Devanahalli, Industrial Area which is near to Bangalore Airport). Candidate will be operating from the Bangalore Office till the time the plant becomes operational.

Exp - 9+ years in recruitment experience from Staffing Industry majorly/hands on in Any Manufacturing/Auto components hiring (Volume hiring). Indian auto companies exp will be preferred the most.

Offered CTC - Best as per market standards

Kannada language knowledge is a must

Role and Responsibility:

- Responsible for closing Junior to leadership positions. Develop and execute complete recruiting plans (sourcing to offer to closure) at all levels. Support on all positions

Stakeholder management:

- Experience in Greenfield Plant hiring / Volume hiring related to Automotive/ Any Manufacturing industry

- Understanding hiring managers need & delivery of relevant profiles.

- Must have used multiple platforms for sourcing. Used ATS, can do P&L management

- Have to close positions through vendors plus his own sourcing. Must be actively involved in sourcing through multiple platforms.

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.

- Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.

- Map similar and relevant companies to understand organization structures and accordingly align hiring needs.

- Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfil hiring needs

- Ensuring key leadership closures within the stipulated timelines and budget

- Achieving key metrics and ratios in talent acquisition

- Process adherence and timely reporting.
