Job Summary:
The Manager TA Analytics is responsible for leveraging data analytics to support and enhance the talent acquisition function. This role involves analyzing recruitment data, creating dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, and providing insights to optimize the recruitment process and improve hiring outcomes. The Manager TA Analytics will work closely with TA leaders and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of data and analytics in talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI and Tableau.
- Analyze TA data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to TA leadership and other stakeholders.
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Partner with TA leaders to support strategic planning and decision-making through data analysis and insights.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and initiatives based on data analysis.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipelining initiatives with data-driven insights.
Advanced Analytics:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to forecast recruitment trends and outcomes.
- Develop and implement models to predict time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key recruitment metrics.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex TA data.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with TA business partners, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to TA leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Train and support TA team members in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
Technology and Tools:
- Stay updated on the latest TA analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Implement and maintain Power BI and Tableau for TA analytics and reporting.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance TA analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA with 2 to 4 years of experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other TA analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
