- Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates from sourcing to offer.
- Hands-on sourcing experience through multiple channels/platforms.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements.
- Identify Innovative/new sourcing channels/tools and build internal capability.
- Regular Interaction with hiring managers to understand & identify staffing needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Evolve sourcing & recruiting strategy to effectively meet hiring needs
- Proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like time to closure, average days to interview, offer, joining etc.
- Maintaining MIS of candidate's database, Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly recruitment report.
