Male Candidates
Graduates / Post Graduates preferably MBA HR with excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, having experience in and being responsible for :
- Developing a robust recruitment process.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business functions.
- Strategizing recruitment plans.
- Closely work with senior leadership of the organization on different recruitment projects
- Managing attrition & buffer/additional positions within TAT.
- Developing and implementing a cost-effective sourcing mix, including the use of online, internal, direct, referrals and agency sources.
- Manage lateral and vertical internal movements, Campus Hiring, Interns, Leadership Hiring, GET, Management Trainees, and Executive Trainees.
- Promote diversity hiring in terms of industry, gender, experience, etc.
- Dealing with off-roll employees.
- Pre-screen candidates on different parameters (Leadership, Communication, Compatibility, Fitment for the role, Moral grounds, Pedigree, Growth pattern, etc.)
- HR rounds of final shortlisted candidates, doing reference checks, salary negotiations, explaining compensation structure, organization hierarchy, band structure, and finalizing DOJs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates being the main point of contact for communication and feedback throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Follow up's with the candidates regarding the acceptance of offer, joining dates and ensure the candidates join the organization
