Requirements and Expectations
- Full-time MBA (or equivalent) from a reputed B-school in India
- 5 to 10 years professional work experience in HR
- Business level English with excellent communication skills
Specific Areas of Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include managing end to end recruitment life cycle via tasks such as demand view, sourcing, cost, enabling cost effective channels, post offer engagement anchoring training and development sessions
- Provide the strategic interface between TA and business unit heads to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front-line delivery
- Work with business to come with innovative plans to attract talent from the market, initiatives aimed at increasing the candidate pipeline and plan for proactive hiring.
- Provide advice and guidance to BU managers recommending hiring solutions across all HR disciplines which drives positive culture
- Proactively advise hiring managers on managing back fills
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Manage and Coach recruiters
- Cover end to end in vendor management and maintain a good relationship with vendors
- Creating weekly, quarterly and yearly recruitment dashboard and present it to business heads
- Very strong internal and external stakeholder management
