Manager - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and lead the HR strategy to support organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
2. Policy Development and Compliance: Establish HR policies that align with company culture and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with local and global labor laws.
3. Employee Engagement and Culture: Design initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, focusing on employee satisfaction, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Performance Management and Development: Implement and oversee performance management systems, including evaluations, promotions, and career development programs.
5. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.
