Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, recruitment events, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
