- Develop and propose hiring plans for various divisions.
- Work closely with all the internal and external stake-holders to ensure all the hiring needs are understood in terms of details and priorities.
- Ensure key targets are met like on time delivery, Cost per Hire, Replacement cost etc.
- Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
- Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines.
- Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle.
- Sourcing through portals, headhunts, references; screening and short-listing profiles as per JD &
requirements of the company.
- Interacting & coordinating with Hiring Managers on a daily basis for understanding the requirements, follow ups, Interview Scheduling
- Taking Preliminary Interviews and Telephonic Interviews as required
- Joining formalities and on boarding of new joinees, Conducting HR induction of the new joinees,
- Updating personal files, Conducting Exit interviews.
- Managing the post-selection activities such as issuance of Offer Letters.
- Maintaining MIS for recruitment on weekly basis
