years
Required Exp / Skills :
( Candidates from Top Schools or Tier 1 companies would be highly preferred)
- Hands on exp in designing and executing recruitment strategies
- Exp in developing strategies related to lateral hiring and campus hiring
- Engaging with key stakeholders from premier institutes
- Devising new processes related to recruitment and streamlining the existing ones
- Lead initiatives to use new age sourcing channels for talent acquisition
- Applying recruitment related best practices within the team
- Strong exp in managing a recruitment team including setting performance deliverable- s, overseeing performance and providing ongoing feedback to team members to ensure performance improvements is preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work among a diverse workforce at different organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions within the team
- Ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
