GENERAL-PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern programs.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Managing all recruitment activities for the South Region
2. Carrying out the selection process including headcount planning, publishing of job postings, selection, and interviewing of candidates.
3. Preparing offer packages.
4. Preparing and accompanying the induction process of new employees.
5. Serving as the first point of contact to all employees recently hired.
6. Focusing on key recruitment for pre-opening sites
7. Keeping track of and recording all recruitment activities going in South Region.
8. Preparing a talent pool for a critical position
9. Maintaining the ratio of Internal vs. External hiring at a reasonable level
10. Connecting professionals through networking sites such as LinkedIn
11. Sourcing CV through Job portals such as Naukri and other hiring portals
12. Screening of CV as per JD
13. Conducting first round of telephonic interviews
14. Scheduling interviews in consultation with line manager
