- The Recruitment position is a hands-on role and responsibility for the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy. Execution and delivery of the recruitment process is collaboration with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the assigned business unit right from requirement gathering to on-boarding of talent and to participate in various requirement initiatives in support of overall business strategy.
- End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (Chief Manager and above)
- Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as internal/direct sourcing, networking and social recruitment
- Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding
- For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels), aligned with business growth plan.
- Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles
- Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
- Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
- Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team.
- Supervising and designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms
Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Experience in financial service industry preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Post Graduate degree or any equivalent experience
