Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and source high-caliber candidates from diverse talent pools.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, online recruiting platforms, professional networks, employee referrals) to attract top talent.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Recruitment & Candidate Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Extend competitive offers and negotiate employment terms to attract and secure top talent.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract qualified candidates.
- Create compelling job descriptions that showcase our company culture and career opportunities.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, even those not selected, to foster a positive talent pipeline.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Stay informed of relevant recruitment metrics and industry benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of [3-4 years] of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
