Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities :

Full-Cycle Recruitment :

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions across the organization.

- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and facilitating communication with candidates.

- Extend offers and coordinate candidate onboarding procedures.

Employer Branding :

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

- Manage our employer branding materials and online presence.

- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, internal teams, and external agencies.

- Provide exceptional customer service to all candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
