Educational Background Recommended:

- BS/MS or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant experience in Internetworking technologies and applications.

- Minimum of three years of management experience a must.

Skills Required:

- Works in collaboration with the rest of the test and development leadership team in planning and executing on feature test delivery and results.

- The job requires solid understanding of software engineering practices, software testing lifecycle, quality assurance standards, and a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering successful software projects.

- Proven project management skills with a technical foundation in data networking or telecom.

- Must demonstrate an understanding of people management skills important to the development of a successful software team.

- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate - cross cultures, organizational boundaries, time zones, and countries.

- The ability to hire and retain top talent, build strong teams, multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively will be essential for success in this test management role.

- Hands-on experience in developing software test automation, scripting, and testing on a networking technologies platform.

- A track record of innovation is desired.
