1. Responsible for supporting the creation, design of analytical reports and tools required to monitor the corporate compliance requirements. Develops customized applications to meet the company regulatory and internal compliance needs. This will include updates and changes to the existing compliance systems, development of new reporting tools, providing analytical data for store and corporate operations.
2. Responsible for the ongoing use, maintenance of systems and database information used by the Compliance area for monitoring and analytics reporting information.
3. Responsible for the identification, documentation, integration and implementation of new compliance systems for future company needs.
4. Responsible of identifying technical and conceptual ideas to improve compliance monitoring and reporting, search for new and innovative technology solutions. This will include reviewing third party or industry reporting systems and solutions, leading internal teams to test and implement new technologies, etc.
5. Understanding of the project management and systems development lifecycle methodologies to align with the analytical reporting deliverables.
6. Able to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors including partnership with the Local and Global Technology teams and Compliance and business counterparts. Ensure that the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the corporate compliance systems is delivered on-time to all stakeholders.
7. Responsible for providing ongoing direction, training and guidance on compliance system utilization to stakeholders across the enterprise.
