Job Title: Manager - Sustainability

Function Sustainability :

Reporting to Head : Corporate Communications & Sustainability

1. Purpose : Drive the CSR initiative for the Company in alignment with the Groups New Sustainability Roadmap.

2. Key Responsibilities :

- Support Head Marketing in development of the organization's sustainability strategy aligned to organization vision/ mission, business strategy and objectives.

- Create, execute and amplify the sustainability initiatives aligned to the organization credo of Connecting People, Improving Lives.

- Ensure effective implementation of the sustainability strategy for the organization in terms of Go Green initiative, Go Teach initiative and Go Help initiative

- Liaise with various external agencies such as NGOs and stakeholders including employees, consumers, business partners and suppliers for implementation of CSR projects.

- Active co-ordination with NGO partners, periodically conduct virtual quality assurance visits to understand the issues faced/monitor/evaluate work.

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in implementation of various sustainability projects ensuring the yearly CSR targets of the company are met.

- Preparing award nominations, which will recognize and glorify the work done.

- Support assignments from other group companies in India on various X-BU initiatives.

- Finalize CSR proposals to be implemented along with an analysis of the viability of the plan and the benefits from it; ESG reporting, BRR and present it to the SMT/CSR Committee/ Board members.

- Support the Internal Audit process which is a yearly activity.

- Amplify the CSR initiatives internally and externally.

3. Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators :

1. Ensure effective and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders - Design and implementation of the sustainability plan

2. Drive identified X-BU initiatives - Implementation of identified X-BU initiatives for the organization as per plan

3. Execution and implementation of various CSR initiatives - Formulate the overall CSR strategy (covering Go Teach, Go Help and Go Green initiatives) for the year Implementation (e.g. Blue Edge, Volunteer Day Activities, Power Saver-Lights off initiative, blood donation drive etc.) as per plan
