Sourcing & Supply Chain Localization

- Identifies, manages and develops suppliers for categories ensuring all supply related risks are mitigated

- Manages sourcing of multiple categories for Tabreed India and its affiliate organizations

- Develops category intelligence via detailed reporting and analysis

Strategic Vendor Relationship Management

- End to end procurement process for all categories with identified suppliers starting with RFP preparation, tendering, preparing comparative statements, bid clarification management, coordinating technical evaluation, negotiation, finalizing commercial evaluation and issuing recommendation for award

- Managing relationship with vendors to ensure long term commitment for Tabreed requirements

- Maintaining a strong vendor database for all categories and periodic modifications

- Identifying new vendors to support Tabreed's vision on sustainability and innovation

Contracts Negotiation and Procurement Processes

- Undertakes complex negotiations with suppliers and ensures value creation and cost saving targets are met

- Manages establishment of Agreements (One-time, Long-term, Framework and any other type)

Procurement Planning and Reporting Processes

- Ensures increased Contract Coverage and reduced Requisition to Order turnaround time

- Regulatory, Board and Shareholder Compliance Processes

- Securing STC (Tabreed UAE Sourcing and Tendering Committee) approval wherever applicable at each relevant stage of procurement above a certain threshold, by making required presentations

- Reporting to various internal and Board committees on procurement matters, as and when required

Post Contract Administration Processes

- Ensures compliance, to procedures and expectations of decision making personnel and committees are met

- Manages administration of all agreements for multiple categories ensuring all parties meet full compliance and highest level of performance of the agreements

- Ensures all agreements are renegotiated and are maintained at most optimum market levels

- Develops annual category plans and ensures plans are executed on time

- Leads development of reports and presentations

- Meets periodic reporting requirements set by VP

Health, Safety & Environment

- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude

Policies & Procedures

- Supports in optimizing SM Policy and Procedures

- Ensures complete compliance with Procedures

- Supports development of Category, Supplier and other Governance Frameworks

- Supports in identifying digitization and automation using modern Information Systems

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering discipline

- Master's Degree in Business preferred

- CIPS or equivalent certification preferred

Minimum Experience

- 8 years of relevant experience in the Function

- Knowledge of CPWD, FEDIC norms
