Position: Supply Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-4 Years

Responsibilities:

- Strong Analytical Skills and data drove decision making.

- Good interpersonal skills to build and grow valuable business networks and partnerships.

- Rider hiring and Rider management: Hiring, managing, measuring the effectiveness of delivery partners (riders) by working with a team, various central teams, and managing different internal and external stakeholders.

- Grow the funnel of delivery partners in your city through a keen understanding of local markets.

- Optimise supply acquisition, both on spend and operations and constantly look for new opportunities and move fast to execute and measure their effectiveness.

- Take ownership of city-specific and local regulatory requirements.

- Identify best practices on Demand and supply and ensure city-wide adoption
