Manager SCM


- Coach, Develop and Lead a Team of 4-6 Direct Reports responsible for Driving Supply Chain System Enhancements, Analytics and Master Data Management Function.

- Own the 1-2 year Manufacturing and Supply Chain Systems Footprint and Roadmap for Delivering New Functionalities and New Systems.

- Be a Key Partner, Representing the Operations Functions, Interfacing with IT, Global CIO Org as well as External Consulting Teams in Delivering the Required Functionalities for Operations.

- Prioritize, Budget, and Drive Supply Chain ERP and Transformational Projects through a team of direct reports and functional SMEs in a matrix organization.

- Propose, Influence, Obtain Approval and Project Manage the Implementation of New Systems for more Efficiency and Supply Chain Automation.

- Guide Team Members through the Change Management Process and Influence the Adoption of New Functionalities.

- Own the Delivery of Supply Chain Analytics Solutions including Dashboard, Reports and Visualizations in BI Platform through Business Analysts and IT Development Teams.

- Directly Manage the Material Master Data Management Function Responsible for Item, BOM and Product Lifecycle Maintenance. Guide teams towards high standards for Material Master Governance & Accuracy.

- Drive ERP Integration and System Integration Aspects for Future M&A.

Who you are and what you bring:

- ~8-10 years experience (for Manager Role), with at least 3-5 years experience in people management function.

- At least 3-5 years experience in SCM IT, SCM Project Management or Supply Chain Digital Transformation Roles Required. Functional Experience in Supply Chain Function Preferred.

- Proven Experience in Delivering supply chain systems enhancements, functionalities, automation and digitization deliverables.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud WMS, OTM, Planning Modules Preferred but not Mandatory.

- Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams.

- Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good learner, proactive and team player

- Experience in proactively identifying improvement areas in all facets of the supply chain and proposing solutions.

- RCCA based culture for quality improvement and continuous learning

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
