Profile:

- Responsible to manage all of the steps needed to purchase raw materials, deliver it to various points throughout the business, ensure that we make enough vials/ ampules to meet customer demand,and deliver the output to the right destinations on time.

- Maintains optimum inventory level to ensure on time deliveries

- Assists and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts

- Makes certain that deviations to the production schedule are investigated and properly followed up.

- Responsible for the proper year-end phase-out programs and initiating and processing the resulting termination of inventory

- Ensures proper contact with customers relating to releases and deliveries.

- Strategically plan and manage Logistics, transportation, and Customer Services

- Keeps abreast of materials and packaging markets and pricing trends that affect Company products

- Responsible for Procurement of materials and GMS Material Systems initiatives

- Indirect Taxes,Planning Delivery Timetables,Inventory Accuracy,On Time Shipment and on time Delivery

- Production Control, Inventory Control, Purchase time cycle,Proficient on SAP and MS Office

- QMS requirements for procurement

- Ability to follow established technical and administrative procedures & should be able to meet deadlines

- Cooperates internally with various departments
