Manager - Supply Chain/Logistics

Role - Manager - Supply Chain (Logistics -3 to 6 Yrs experience)

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities - 

- Building relationships through every component of our supply chain

- Responsible for tracking purchases from various farms to ensure timely delivery at the warehouse

- Coordination with Purchase and Warehouse Manager efficiently along with local railway, airway clearing agents

- Responsible for daily vehicle planning and delivery planning

- Route optimization of purchases

- Improve and plan last mile deliveries

- Exports, if any, will have to be managed end to end

- Coordinate with ground operations and develop initiatives for timely loading and unloading of products into vehicles ensuring optimal vehicle turnaround

Requirements - 

- MBA/MS degree in business administration or a related field

- 3-4 years of successful previous experience in supply chain

- Effective Communication and Coordination Skills

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
