Manager - Supply Chain - eCommerce

KRA :

1. Demand Planning and Forecasting: Develop & implement demand forecasting models to anticipate market trends. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather relevant data for accurate demand planning.

2. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts at godown level

3. Order Fulfilment: Streamline order processing and fulfilment operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries with good fill rates. Optimize logistics processes to minimize lead times.

4. Collaboration with Partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners i.e E com:- Amazon, Flipkart and Quickcom

5. Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods to modern trade Accounts. Track fill rate & OTIF, Supply vs GRN

6. Collaborate on joint initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.

7. Retailers Accounts Reconciliation-Supply Chain Part

8. Monthly Review with retailers along with National KAM and Half Yearly Review with Retailers-Top to Top.

9. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators: Fill rates. OTIF, lead time etc

10. Generate reports & dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.

11. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

12. Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
