KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Strategy & Operations Consulting team is looking to hire a Manager in the Consumer and Industrial Products domain, with experience in Consulting companies in the areas of supply chain management. The individual will require to:

- Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines

- Drive team P&L by monitoring billing, fee collection, controlling project expenses etc.

- Drive the solution thinking within the project team with minimal assistance from the Project Director

- Manage client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments

- Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts

- Drive Knowledge Management ; mentor & develop young consultants

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

The individual should have had work experience in:

- Delivering consulting projects with clients / or should have been a part of supply chain teams in consumer / manufacturing companies,

- Project management - managing team sizes of 3-4 people

- Delivering end to end consulting - design to implementation for clients

- A working knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques using excel / pivots and any other analytical tool softwares

- Good communication skills and presentation skills. Easy orator and ability to develop and translate the consulting view point to the client senior stakeholders

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

- MBA from a top-tier business school

- 7-10 years of experience with excellent understanding of end to end supply chain

- Experience in working with - C- level executive clients

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

- Strong project planning and leadership

For Supply chain roles:

- Hiring manager is looking to hire candidates from CG global, Avalon Consulting and other Big4s

- Other than consulting firms, we can look at candidates from Consumer goods industry minus auto industry Eg: L&T, Toshiba, Honeywell, Sony etc etc

- Candidates can either be from Consulting or Industry background with experience in Supply chain - No candidates from services or outsourcing background to be shared

- Excellent communication skills - Should be able to speak well & hold conversations with stakeholders

Mandatory to have team management experience of leading 1-3 people
