Manager - Supply Chain Digitalization

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing the supply chain, encompassing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

- Understand current system design and architecture, defining and designing IT infrastructure strategy and processes in alignment with business needs.

- Assess system performance, recommending improvements to enhance planning and procurement flow.

- Analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to develop system solutions aligned with existing processes.

- Lead projects involving the design, deployment, and integration of new systems, processes, and services.

- Take a lead role in analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing technology solutions for business processes.

- Collaborate with functional leaders to enhance reporting and visualization for improved efficiency.

- Investigate and resolve operational issues, complaints, or emergencies as they arise.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Implement best practices and tools to enhance supply chain processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs.

- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Monitor market trends, economic factors, and industry developments to anticipate supply chain risks and opportunities.

- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for supply chain optimization, including ERP systems, data analytics, and automation.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex supply chain environments.

- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.

- In-depth knowledge of functional processes in areas such as manufacturing, sales and distribution, production execution, logistics execution, procurement, and inventory management within ERP systems.

- Experience leading and representing business functions in at least two enterprise-wide IT implementation projects.

- Proficiency in SAP modules PP and MM, as well as Power BI.

- Firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices.

- Experience with supply chain technologies and systems, such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and BI tools.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable supply chain strategies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
