Manager - Supplier Quality - Commercial Vehicle

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech ( Min 70% in 10th / 12th / B.E. / B.Tech )

Role : Manager

Experience : 3 - 8 YEARS

Location : Chennai

NOTES :

- Hike-10% on Current CTC (Up to 15% in case increment is due in Mar 16- )

- 70% is required in all (10th,12th,B.Tech / B.E.)- Interview won't happen if you have less %age.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Should have exposure in Supplier Quality Part Development.

Commodity - Sheet Metal / Chassis / Load Body .

Exposure in APQP / PPAP etc.

- Co-ordinate development activities for proto and series production for Load Body, Chassis and sheet metal components.

- Plan, co-ordinate, manage localization of parts and approval as per business case and new vehicle launch programme.

- Liase with engineering, purchase, suppliers and quality team throughout all stages of development.

- Preparation of reports for departmental review meetings related to localization, CFT, quality Gate review in vehicle programme.

- Co-ordinate for localization/development for vehicle build, line trial, upto SOP and series production.

More than 2 job changes in 5 years

Part time B.E. / B.Tech.

Other than Automotive company.

Min turnover less than 500 Cr.
